Pultruded CarbonTubes

(extrusion process) consist of carbon fibers that have been drawn through a resin bath and then through a heated tool. Longitudinal forces are absorbed by rovings (unidirectional carbon fibers) arranged in the core of the profiles. Depending on the profile type, transverse reinforcement is provided by additional embedded reinforcement layers.

Pultruded Carbon Rods

(extrusion process) consist of carbon fibers which are passed through a resin bath and then through a
heated tool were pulled. Longitudinal forces are absorbed by rovings (unidirectional carbon fibers), shear forces by the resin matrix.
